The Grounds Committee is responsible for the maintenance of the South Bay Common Grounds. Our community has over 30 acres of attractive landscaping as well as a valuable and mature canopy. As you drive into the subdivision, you are impressed by the graceful oaks that make you appreciate living here. Please click on “Tree Risk Assessment“, an analysis of the trees on our Common Grounds. We are implementing a plan to assure the health of this important asset.
Grounds & Trees Note From The President
As we all know, one of our most valued asset in South Bay is our trees. Every 5 years we conduct a tree inventory and risk assessment of all the trees located within the common areas of the Association by Advanced Tree Care, Inc. That report was posted on the South Bay HOA website and is available for your review.
