Dock on Lake Tibet

Lake Tibet, which is part of the Butler Chain of Lakes in West Orlando, is a pristine aquatic resource that South Bay residents can enjoy by the use of the private dock available during daylight hours. A short walking path from the main sidewalk takes South Bay residents to the private dock that can be used for fishing, recreation, and one of the best sunset views in Dr. Phillips.*^

Parks

Two open air grass parks are located across from the tennis courts and the main entrance which South Bay residents may use to enjoy the outdoors. Seating benches are available for nature watching and taking a break and the entrance park has pond access for fishing.*

Playground

South Bay homeowners with children can enjoy a colorful playground complete with slide, swing set, and other amenities. This children’s playground is fenced in and adjacent to the tennis courts and parking lot area.*

Tennis & Pickleball Courts

South Bay provides two well maintained and lighted tennis/pickleball courts for the use of South Bay residents and their guests.  Anyone using the tennis court must be accompanied by a South Bay resident.  When using the tennis courts, please dispose of your trash and remove tennis balls from the courts.*

Courts are kept locked. A key is available for residents from RealManage. Please do not use the courts after 10:00 PM.

South Bay Trails

Several miles of paved trails are available to residents of South Bay. These trails take you through open grass, cypress trees, and over swamp land with shaded natural canopies.*

* Homeowners may use all facilities at their own risk and assume all responsibility of themselves and accompanying guests.

^ Please do not feed the wild turtles as they may become accustomed to humans. We ask residents to also be vigilant for snakes and alligators.
